Problems of too little Vitamin A

The problem is known as Hypovitaminosis A.
It causes night blindness, damage tear secretion,
increased susceptibility to respiratory infections,
dry or rough skin, poor bone growth and weak tooth enamel,
  weight loss and diarrhea, and it can stunt growth in children.


Problems of too much Vitamin A

Taking large amounts over a long period may notice breaks in skin
at the corners of their mouth or some hair loss.
Since it is a fat-soluble vitamin stored in body fat,
